Small wonder

The secret of this small apartment is that it's not actually that small. But it has a very elegant little loft bed so it gets points for that. It also gets points for a number of other Roseland Greene favorites: Josef Frank wallpaper, Gatto lamps, String shelves, and that Ikea rug I sometimes think about buying.

Have I mentioned I'm going to Istanbul? Probably. And I'm contemplating the big girl step of buying something that won't fit in my (carry-on) suitcase. Woo-hoo, international shipping! So that means a carpet — or a suzani (or who knows, maybe both!). I know the latter was very trendy for a while. Anyone have any personal experience? How well do they "hold up"?top from Elle Decor, bottom from Domino
