Our Home in the '30's |

Last Summer |
In the process of being painted today |
I love attending Home Tours -
especially Historic homes.
I am very curious by nature and love to see how others
choose to decorate their homes.
Mine is a mixture of Cottage, Traditional, French Country, and a little Shabby.
A collaboration of newly bought, family treasures,
Estate Sale and Garage sale finds and collectibles.
We have an 1914 Craftsman home situated in
the downtown area of a rural small town.
Our home has had few owners and has had very little
changed. The sleeping porch and the screened porch
below it were transformed into rooms.
A blanket closet was transformed into a small bathroom.
The kitchen was made larger by removing the
butler's pantry
and
a breakfast room was made into a laundry room.
I won't be able to show you all the rooms today
will do so more in the future...
But, come on in - you are more than welcome!
