a little time outside..
I hope you have been enjoying the holidays and a little time to relax after everything! We are having the most beautiful weather here so I have been trying to spend time outside in the sunshine doing a little reading and relaxing.
I guess I need to stop all of that and get back to work...
but for now it is books and plans for the new year!

Love on the outside..
I fell for this picture when I saw it in House Beautiful, it is everything I want for our outdoor space just beyond the dining room! So refreshing and relaxed.
I cannot believe it is already Thursday! I am hoping that we can finally get the last touches into the bathroom in the next day or two so I can take a few pictures to share. It is so slow to get those last things done..

Conservatory..

Restful
So I have decided that the greige fairytale series has run it's course here and I need to move onto something new! Any ideas?
I have a few but would love to hear what you think and what you would like to see.

Eating outside...
We have been spending our evenings eating outside here. I think it is one of the best parts of summertime. The warm breeze and candle light make it just about perfect with the family.
Of course it does not look quite like this but one can dream about that sort of thing!

In the garden...
I sent this photo to my husband last week... Can we do this?
I simply love everything about this space- it has Hydrangea, my favorite flower, ivy growing on the walls, yes please, and privacy, um we need some!
It just seems so clean and inviting.
I ran out of time to work in the garden this weekend... maybe another day.
