J'ai pris ces photos pour une amie l'autre jour... Elle avait besoin de quelques clichés qui la caractérisent, ses objets préférés dans une ambiance estivale... Je me suis bien amusée à les prendre, et la séance photo m'a surtout donné envie d'être en été maintenant!

I took these photos for a friend the other day... She needed a few pictures that characterise her, some of her favourite things with a summer feel... I had fun shooting them, and they really made me long for summer now!

J'espère que vous profitez bien de votre dimanche, qu'il soit froid et enneigé ou chaud et ensoleillé! Depuis une semaine maintenant, il fait plus froid ici à Paris que dans la ville d'où je viens en Suède, et mon petit jardin est toujours tout blanc de neige... C'est le monde à l'envers!

I hope you are enjoying your Sunday, whether it's cold and snowy or hot and sunny! Since one week now it has been colder here in Paris than up in Sweden where I come from, and my little garden is still white of snow... It's a topsy-turvy world! (just found that expression in my dictionnary... ;) )

2011 a été une année fantastique pour ce blog, avec une incroyable augmentation du nombre de visiteurs et des gentilles attentions ailleurs. J'en suis extrêmement reconnaissante et heureuse, et je voulais vous dire un énorme merci pour avoir rendu tout ca possible! Je vous souhaite un merveilleux réveillon et une excellente 2012!

Le style scandinave est à l'honneur dans le nouveau numéro du magazine belge Déco Idées (et dans sa version flamande Actief Wonen). On y retrouve La Maison d'Anna G comme blog chouchou de la rédaction, je parle du lien entre le climat nordique et la déco, et un scoop est dévoilé! :)

Démarrons la semaine avec ce petit projet DIY sympa d'
Ica Carlsson. Ica a recouvert une tête de lit basique (panneau agglo + mousse + tissu agrafé) d'un joli patchwork en noir et blanc, réalisé à partir de tissus venant de
Missoni,
10-gruppen et
Svenskt Tenn. J'aime beaucoup le look graphique et je piquerais bien cette idée pour chez moi... car à défaut de pouvoir me décider, je n'ai toujours pas de tête de lit...
Let's start the week with this little DIY project by Ica Carlsson. Ica has covered a basic headboard (mdf board + foam rubber + stapled fabric) with a nice patchwork in black and white, made with fabrics from Missoni, 10-gruppen and Svenskt Tenn. I really like the graphic look and could easily steal this idea for my own home... because not being able to make up my mind means I still don't have a headboard...

Pendant que la Scandinavie fêtait la "Midsommar" (la Saint Jean) ce weekend, moi j'ai pris le train de Paris à Amsterdam pour participer à
l'évènement bloggeurs qui a eu lieu samedi après-midi (d'où le silence ici sur le blog...). C'était très chouette de voir 100 bloggeurs (bloggeuses surtout...) réunis, d'écouter des histoires inspirantes, de discuter avec des personnes intéressantes (comme
elle) et de rencontrer des bloggeuses charmantes (comme
elle et
elle). C'était aussi l'occasion pour moi de revoir Amsterdam et d'y passer un weekend très sympa!
While Scandinavia was celebrating Midsummer this weekend, I took the train from Paris to Amsterdam to participate in the bloggers' event that took place there on Saturday afternoon (which is why this blog was so quiet...). It was great seeing 100 bloggers come together, listening to inspiring stories, discussing with interesting people (like her), and meeting with charming bloggers (like her and her). It was also an opportunity for me to visit Amsterdam again and spend a lovely weekend there!
