Coup de coeur

Beaucoup de blanc, des contrastes noires, des touches subtiles de couleurs... C'était un vrai coup de coeur ce matin quand je suis tombée sur cette maison au Danemark, appartenant à l'une des propriétaires de la boutique Stilleben.

Lots of white, black contrasts, subtle colour splashes... It was love at first sight this morning when I stumbled across this home in Denmark, belonging to one of the owners of the Stilleben shop.

Imberg Arkitekter

Emma a montré cet appartement sur son blog hier et j'en suis immédiatement tombée amoureuse... Alors même si vous l'avez déjà vu, je suis sûre que vous n'avez rien contre une deuxième visite? ;)
L'appartement a été entièrement rénové par Imberg Arkitekter, qui a aussi imaginé plein de solutions astucieuses de gain de place, comme la construction de lits pour trois enfants dans la chambre (voir d'autres photos sur le site des architectes). L'appartement est maintenant en vente ici.
En ce qui me concerne, j'adore cette déco sobre mais chaleureuse en blanc-noir-bois, et ces images vont directement dans le dossier d'inspiration pour ma propre maison!

Emma showed this flat on her blog yesterday and I instantly loved it... So even if you have seen it already, I'm sure you don't mind a second visit? ;)
The flat has been entirely renovated by Imberg Arkitekter, who have also created lots of smart space saving solutions, like the bed construction for three kids in the bedroom (see more photos on the architects' website). The home is now for sale here.
I love this kind of sober yet warm interior in white-black-wood and these pictures go straight into the inspiration folder for my own home!

Tout en douceur

Il y a quelques jours, j'ai vu des photos d'un joli appartement sur le blog de la styliste danoise Camilla Tange, puis Camilla m'a gentiment envoyé d'autres belles images du même appartement. J'aime la douceur des couleurs pastels et du gris... et le miroir jaune qui crée la surprise. Stylisme par Camilla et photo par Peter Kragballe, également publiée dans Bolig Magasinet ce mois-ci.

A few days ago I saw some photos of a lovely flat on the blog of Danish stylist Camilla Tange, then Camilla kindly sent me more beautiful pics from the same home. I like the soothing shades of pastel and grey... and the unexpected yellow mirror. Styling by Camilla and photo by Peter Kragballe, also published in this month's Bolig Magasinet.

DIY portant

Commençons la semaine avec ce portant DIY d'un de mes blogs préférées, le toujours inspirant Weekday Carnival. Tout ce qu'il vous faut est 5 m de tuyau en cuivre, six raccords coude, quatre raccords triple embout et de la peinture blanche. Juste à visser et à peindre! Et comme toujours sur Weekday Carnival, le stylisme des photos est superbe et aussi inspirant que le projet lui-même.

Let's start the week with this DIY coat rack from one of my favourite blogs, the always inspiring Weekday Carnival. All you need is 5 m of copper pipe, six corner pieces, four pieces with three nut holes and some white paint. Just attach and paint! And as always on Weekday Carnival, the styling is great and just as inspiring as the project itself.

Avant-après

J'adore des images "avant-après" (à condition que l'après soit plus joli que l'avant bien sur... ;) ) et via Hanna je suis tombée sur ces photos de la rénovation d'une maison de campagne en Suède. Appartenant à Louise du blog down2thewire, cette maison prouve bien qu'avec un peu d'imagination tout est possible! Voilà une série d'images "avant-après", où les petites photos montrent la maison telle qu'elle était quand Louise et son mari l'ont acheté, et les grandes photos telle qu'elle est aujourd'hui...

I love "before-after" pictures (provided that the "after" looks better than the "before" of course... ;) ) and via Hanna I came across these photos from a country house renovation in Sweden. The house belongs to Louise with the blog down2thewire and really proves that with a little bit of imagination anything is possible! Here's a series of "before-after" pictures, where the smaller ones show the house as it was when Louise and her husband  bought it, and the bigger photos show the house as it looks today...

Aschebergsgatan

Vous vous souvenez du billet sur le bougeoir Festivo l'autre jour? Et bien, je l'avais mis à jour par la suite avec quelques images trouvées chez Trendenser d'un très joli appartement à Göteborg... Appartenant aux propriétaires d'un magasin de design bien connu, Aschebergsgatan 24, l'appartement a été mis en vente cette semaine. Je ne pouvais pas passer à côté des autres photos de cet endroit sublime, alors voilà!

Remember the post about the Festivo candlestick the other day? Well, I updated it later with a couple of photos found at Trendenser from a beautiful flat in Göteborg... The flat belongs to the owners of a well-known design store, Aschebergsgatan 24, and was put on the market this week. I couldn't resist posting more pictures from this amazing place, so here you go!
