My project this week was to get the steps painted and I am very happy with how they came out.
We debated about painting the spindles, always makes me a little sick to my stomach to paint over natural wood, but here I think it was the right decision. Do you agree?

We will be taking huge steps this weekend because the crown-molding will be going up. What that means is that, aside from some touch-ups and a good cleaning (oops and a second coat of paint) the three main rooms downstairs will be done!!
Kitchen - check
Dining Room - check
Front Room - check
I will also me painting the hall next week so that by next weekend the entire downstairs will be covered in a new coat of paint.
On a side note - move is day is officially less than a month away!!!!!!!!!
