Falling Leaves
Tablescape
I am so excited to rejoin
Between Naps On The Porch’s
I am blessed with a few items to use
from my daughter’s wedding
which took a lot of my focus
over the past few weeks
and months.
Her colors were orange and green
They work perfectly with a fall tablescape
the tablecloth is covered with leaves of varying fall shades - inspiring the tablescape |
I love the combination of the textures of the wood, lace, ceramic and silk leaves |
each tablesetting includes two buffet napkins that were used as centerpiece decorations at the wedding reception and I have included my favorite creamy Homer Laughlin plates |
the buffet is also decorated with elements from the wedding: orange tulle and silk leaves surrounding a white pitcher and bowl as well as two Southern Living candlesticks |
We found some old light fixture globes that I have turned into candleholders |
my daughter hit the jackpot while working for a local helping hands - one of the folks there gave her a lot of old silverware - I have chosen a few-with permission-for the tablesettings |
a close-up of one of my daughter's terrific finds |
I love the striking combination of fall colors |
the tablecloth is from Martha Stewart |
I really like the colors and the versatility in these candleholders from Southern Living |
can a girl have too many pitchers and bowls... I think not! |
I love these Hellenic Wedgwood tumblers made by Jeanette Glass Co. (ca 50's or 60's) |
this bowl of faux apples has fooled many a person! |
looking through the back of one of the chairs |
Thank you so much for stopping by - I hope you
visit the very many other wonderful tablescapes
offered today!
Wishing you a very Delightsome day!
Kathy
