house of the week 107: Ponce House

The Ponce House is a 570m² reinforced concrete residence situated on an uneven slope with abundant vegetation, in the suburbs of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Designed by architect Mathias Klotz, the house was conceived as two volumes floating over a concrete base positioned away from the roadway and making use the view beyond.
