Volume 2 No. 2
The first issue of Victoria Magazine was printed in the Spring of
1987.
A letter written by the Editors expressed their intent and
desire to be found in the pages of this fledgling magazine.
The first issue in May, was the Volume 2 Number Two issue -
the 1988 Summer issue.
Features that became familiar to Victoria Magazine fans were featured in this volume.

These are a few of the things we have come to enjoy and love about
Victoria Magazine over the years -
as expressed in their letter in the first issue,
"in a world where we pride ourselves on our efficiency
and practicality, there is still precious time to cherish quality and
savor the splendor and charm of the enduring things in our lives -
a return to loveliness, if you will.'
As a reader enthusiastically expressed in a letter to Victoria in
Dear Friends, 'I don't know if I can express the 'wonder' I feel when I scan the beautiful pages of Victoria. I can almost get 'inside' and experience the warmth and beauty and a feeling of 'I belong there'.
This is a feeling that those at Victoria Magazine continued to evoke for many years to come. The current issues of Victoria Magazine do continue this feel - this sense of belonging - a definite return to loveliness,
