Visiting Family
I was blessed over the past few days to spend time with my brother and sisters.
My brother and his wife have just welcomed their first son to our family.
It was so wonderful to be able to visit them and to see my new nephew.
This time of the year my sister and her husband are preparing for
The Pee Dee Fall Plant and Flower Festival.
This year I was able to help my sister paint small pumpkins. My daughter and her
son helped us paint nearly 100 pumpkins!
We painted several whimsical faces, some fall scenes, animals and
such.

It was wonderful.
There’s something wonderful about festivals!
I love seeing the many pumpkins and mums lined up ready for the festival.
I had a wonderful visit with family and was unable to catch up with you all!
I am looking forward to seeing what you were up to and to enjoying the
tasks I have ahead for myself this week!
