I'm really getting into the fall spirit here, because the trees are so beautiful! And it also helps seeing all my blogging friend's adorable fall mantels! I love the season of fall! Since we don't have a fireplace, I decided to decorate the credenza under the mirror in the family room. I still want to add some leaves, but overall I like it. It's simple and able to be changed with the season!
We bought some beautiful fall-colored flowers at Pike Place Market this past weekend. The mini pumpkins are from Trader Joes and I did this watercolor of a purple dress a few weeks ago. (I love watercolor!) So, our fall colors are orange, purple and green!
Here are our clear candle vases filled with candy corn to get into the halloween spirit (: We light them every night, because well, they smell delicious! (Candles and vases from Ikea). Maybe at Christmas time we'll fill the jars with candy canes or red and white mints, and get red white and green candles!
